Business+ ($129/month): No Limits

Business+ exists for teams operating at a scale where running into any kind of limit isn’t an acceptable outcome. This tier isn’t really about needing more of any one specific thing; it’s about removing the need to think about limits at all.

• Unlimited files

• 5 GB max file size

• Unlimited asset requests per month

• Video delivery up to 4K

• 10 custom domains.

This tier makes sense for agencies running a large portfolio of client sites under one account, or teams whose request volume is genuinely unpredictable month to month.

Reading Your Own Signals

A custom domain requirement is usually the first real signal you’ve outgrown Free. A second client project, or a video library that’s started looking compressed, usually signals it’s time to move from Basic to Pro. High traffic or a membership-driven site usually points to Business. And if you’re managing a large number of sites or your usage genuinely doesn’t have a predictable ceiling, Business+ removes the guesswork.

If Free is still doing exactly what you need it to do, there’s no reason to move off it early. The right time to upgrade is usually obvious once you hit it, a domain you can’t add, a file that won’t fit, a request limit that’s starting to show up in your dashboard.
