 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowdrive's services, including our website, file hosting platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Flowdrive is operated by Manuel Ogomigo LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in Delaware with its principal place of business at South Governors Avenue 1111b, Dover, DE 19904 US.

 Flowdrive is a file hosting platform for Webflow that allows users to:

 - Upload, store, and manage digital files
 - Host files in their Webflow sites
 - Share files with team members and external users
 - Connect custom domain for assets

 ## 3. Registration and Account Security

 ### 3.1 Account Creation

 - You must provide accurate and complete information
 - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

 ### 3.2 Account Security

 - You are responsible for all activities under your account
 - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
 - Keep your login credentials confidential

 ## 4. Acceptable Use Policy

 ### 4.1 Prohibited Content

 You may not upload, store, or share:

 - Illegal content
 - Malware or viruses
 - Content that infringes intellectual property rights
 - Explicit adult content
 - Content promoting hatred or discrimination
 - Content violating privacy rights

 ### 4.2 Prohibited Activities

 You may not:

 - Attempt to bypass storage limits
 - Share access credentials
 - Reverse engineer the service
 - Use the service for mining cryptocurrency
 - Conduct automated scanning or scraping
 - Overload or flood our systems

 ### 5.1 Storage Limits

 - Storage limits are based on your subscription plan
 - Exceeding limits may result in upload restrictions
 - We reserve the right to compress files for storage efficiency

 ### 5.2 File Retention

 - Deleted files may be unrecoverable
 - Backup copies of your files are your responsibility

 - No uptime guarantees
 - No data loss guarantees

 ### 10.2 Limitation of Liability

 - We're not liable for data loss
 - Maximum liability limited to fees paid
 - No consequential damages

 ## 11. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

 ### 11.1 Right to Monitor

 We reserve the right to monitor, review, and scan all content uploaded to our platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

 We have the right to immediately remove, delete, or restrict access to any content that:

 - Contains malware or malicious code
